Beauty DIY - New Video Series Of Beauty Hacks And Tips/Tricks

Hello my lovely ladies!! So I've decided I want to brave the precarious world of Youtube :D I am in the process of creating a video series of my favorite Beauty Hacks and Tips/Tricks aimed at giving down to earth, relate able information for the "regular" girl!! I may catch some heat referring to anyone as a "regular" girl, however, I'm a "regular" girl :) In that I'm not a makeup artist, model or "glamazon". Obviously there's nothing wrong with being any of those, probably quite the opposite ;) But I do feel that perhaps these women can be rather intimidating to some women who are looking to improve their beauty routines. So with that theory in mind, I took to the internet to research, plan then record some videos that I feel will remove that intimidation factor in that I'm not perfect at any of this, I do believe I've been able to successfully implement a lot of the tricks that have been so popular lately and I'd like to pass some of that new found knowledge on. So if you're interested in taking a peek at what I've created, I've had to upload to Youtube and provide you with a link (Blogger does not have the video capacity for these kinds of lengthy tutorials)

Younique Moodstruck Minerals Pigments-Used As "Liquid Eyeliner"

Hello, Hello My Lovely Readers!!

So I'm writing this post to go over a fairly unknown secondary use for the Moodstruck Mineral Pigments in the Younique eyeshadow line. Pictured below:

That's Thirty-Two Colours to choose from, all of which can be used not only as an eyeshadow but as a LINER!! Two products in one :) I'm all about making my hard earned dollar stretch as far as possible, especially when it comes to cosmetics!! So when I found out that you can use these pigments to create a liner instead of buying your liners separate I was pretty happy, even happier to let you all know about it! So I've made a video showing you how easy it is to make these Mineral Pigments into super saturated, long wearing Eyeliners, it was unfortunately to large to upload to Blogger so I've put it on Youtube and am providing you with the link! All Natural Hair & Skincare Recipes-Facial Seborrheic Dermatitis Treatment

Facial Seborrheic Dermatitis Natural Treatment

Hello again ladies (and possibly gentlemen :) )

So this is going to be a quick post regarding facial Seborrheic Dermatitis, for those that may not know, this is like a facial form of dandruff (sort of). It results in an overproduction of oils and scaling of the skin. Usually on the eyebrows and nose fold areas but can affect anywhere on the face. I suffer from this and I'm gonna tell you it's ANNOYING!! I only suffer from a mild version, so I count myself lucky but keeping it under control is still frustrating!!

I've been struggling for remedies to deal with this issue and a lot require prescription medicated creams and cleansers that usually have potential side effects, eewww!

I did however find a simple, natural solution that I plan to give a try and figured I would share with all of you, in case any of my readers suffer with this issue as well!

So it's simple really, SEA SALT!

The instructions for treating Facial Seborrheic Dermatitis naturally are:

Find a really high quality sea salt, preferrably dead sea salt or another that has a very high mineral content and mix a few tablespoons in a bowl of very warm water.

Let it sit for a few minutes while you splash warm but not too warm water on your face to open your pores.

Then simply splash the solution on your face a few times and rinse with plain water!

Do this twice a day and if you don't feel too much tightness than skip the moisturizer after the treatment, if your skin does feel terribly uncomfortable and tight use a little moisturizer after treatment but try to go with an all natural moisturizer (always try to use a natural moisturizer, too many have nasty chemicals that are terrible for your skin!)

After you notice the Seborrheic Dermatitis is clearing up you can cut back on the amount of treatments you do, it will be a balancing act and everyone is unique in this aspect so just do the sea salt rinse when you feel your skin is reverting back.

I'm gonna be giving this a try myself and will check back with you on my progress!! Good luck all, I hope this helps!!
